Almond Matcha Latte
1/2 tsp Ginger Matcha powder
(KyushuOcha) (sifted) + extra for dusting
1-2 tsp honey, Yacon syrup or Agave (optional)
3 tbsp warm water
Base options of milk, hazelnut milk, Soy Milk, Macadamia Milk, 250ml cold milk or 300ml hot milk
Spoon the matcha green tea powder and the sweetener into a cup.
Add the warm water and mix with a spoon or with a whisk until it is a smooth dark green paste to ensure no lumps form.
Warm the milk in a small saucepan and pour into the cup until nearly full. Use cold milk for an iced latte.
Use a whisk to mix the paste and milk together until smooth and light green in colour.
You can sprinkles of matcha powder on the top for decoration. Or add ice for an extra cold iced latte.
Yuzu Matcha Gin

¼ cup Shiso leafs (Perilla)
¾ ounce agave or honey
1.5 cup Sugar free tonic water
1/2 teaspoon Yuzu matcha (KyushuOcha) (sifted)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the Shiso with the agave and tonic water. Add the remaining ingredients and shake until well chilled and the matcha is dissolved. Strain through a
fine-mesh strainer, dividing between 2 ice-filled rocks glasses, then serve.

2 cups frozen sliced bananas
1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon Black Goji Matcha Powder (KyushuOcha) (sifted)
1 cup Base options of milk, hazelnut milk, Soy Milk, Macadamia,
unsweetened plain almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Option to add more almond milk as needed.
