Standard Shipping Policy
Limited stock will be available in Australia, Hong Kong, Germany or Japan.
Once we have received your order, you will received sales confirm with your order details and payment information.
Once we have received your full payment, your order will be arrange and once is dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification confirming the method of shipment. Where your order is being shipped by Standard airmail post or express courier, you will receive separate tracking details directly from the courier.
Once you order, the ordered goods will usually reach to you in 7 to 14 days . The delivery time is different for each destination, depending on the postal service and customs conditions in each country.
Delivery time may take longer around Christmas and New Years.
Extra charge will apply for express courier.
A tracking number will be provided once the parcel it's on the way to you.
All international shipping is handled by our preferred courier EMS who offer a door to door tracked service. Shipping is only charged at cost. Should you have your own logistic operation, we are happy to supply ex-works.

Customs duties vary depending on your country. If you have to pay a custom duty, you will be required to pay the duty when you receive your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items.
Additional shipping will be paid by KyushuOcha If you receive a damaged or defective item, please save the item and all packaging for inspection by the carrier. Please notify KyushuOcha of the damaged or defective item within 7 days (based on the delivery record) after you receive the order, and upon pre-approval of KyushuOcha Online Shop.
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
If the value of the replacement merchandise is higher than the original price, the customer is required to pay the difference.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
When you return or exchange any product,
you must cover the shipping charges and return transfer fee.
Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.
